At Noble Sea View Hotel we embrace our environmental, social and cultural responsibilities in line with the principles of the Türkiye Sustainable Tourism Programme. Below you will find our commitments, our policies and the guide we share with our guests.
Statement of Commitment
Noble Sea View Hotel takes as its guiding principle the reduction of environmental impact, the protection of employee and guest rights and the creation of value for the local community and culture in all of its activities. This statement defines the sustainability management of our property within a holistic framework and is binding on all of our employees.

Certification Status

Cultural Guide
Named after the white-domed water cisterns (gümbet) of the area, Gümbet is a lively resort village only three kilometres from the centre of Bodrum, known for its golden beaches and clear bay. The 18th-century windmills on the surrounding hills overlook the bay and the town, carrying the region's farming and milling heritage into the present day.
Built on ancient Halicarnassus, Bodrum brings together every layer of history. The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus — one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World — Bodrum Castle, built by the Knights of St Peter, and the Museum of Underwater Archaeology within the castle are all essential visits. The Myndos Gate, the ancient city's western gate, together with the narrow whitewashed streets and bougainvillea-filled courtyards, keep the Aegean identity alive.
Aegean cuisine brings the abundance of the region to the table: fresh seafood, olive-oil dishes and seasonal wild herbs (samphire, chicory, golden thistle) take the leading role. We recommend tasting the unmistakable aroma of the Bodrum mandarin, having breakfast at a local fishermen's restaurant and browsing the craft stalls. Supporting local producers is one of the finest ways to protect cultural heritage.
